We understand that there may come a time where you need to return a product you have purchased from us. We want to make the returns process as simple and easy as possible for you.
Our Returns Policy
If any product you purchase from us is not acceptable quality (through no fault of your own) we will gladly exchange it, or refund subject to the points below.
What we ask of you:
- Pay for postage and handling when returning the products.
- Notify us of the return within 7 days of purchasing the product.
- Where possible please return the product in its original packaging.
How to complete your return
- Please email us what the problem is with the product you want to return and if you want a refund or a product replacement.
- We will email you with instructions on what you need to do to get your refund or your product replaced.
- Replacements, refunds, will only be effected once the goods in question have been returned to us and inspected.
- We will not refund if there is any evidence that the product has been used.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
